FAQ's

Fulfillment and Delivery

Fulfillment of your order normally takes between 2-3 business days

  • You place order
  • You will receive order confirmation following your order
  • PS receives your order and packages and ships your order

Delivery normally takes 2-5 business days

  • You will receive a tracking number once your item has shipped
  • Your order ships 

Present Season Floral is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages/items. All orders are sent with tracking, unless otherwise noted. After the package has left our location, tracking is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Shipping Locations

At this time, shipping is available on most items within the continental United States. In the event that an item has a shipping option, those costs are added at checkout. 

Most orders are shipped via UPS or USPS within 3 days of placing an order. Orders are shipped from Portland, Oregon and rates are based on size, weight and destination.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Some items are considered 'final sale' because of the specialized nature of the piece. The following items are nonrefundable, nonreturnable and nonexchangeable:

  • commissioned items
  • personalized products
  • made to order items (eg. prints and canvas)
  • items beyond the 7 day policy of return

If you have emailed or sent your request through a contact form to return an item, please follow the steps below in order to exchange for an alternative item or store credit, there are no-refunds. 

  • Fill out the contact form within 7 days from when the confirmation of purchase receipt was emailed to you
  •  Repackaging and Shipping cost will be your responsibility, which is a non-refundable fee
  • Items must not have signs of damage or use 
  • Damaged or lost items in transit will be the responsibility of the sender. If item is not returned in a saleable condition or is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange.

Damage

Sometimes, unfortunate shipping accidents happen. Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, it is best to email me. You have 4 days to communicate that your order was damaged.  It is it important that we evaluate the issue and make it right. For items received as damaged, defective or the wrong item, please take a photo of the issue and email presentseason@gmail.com within 4 days of package arrival. We will do what we can to resolve the issue within a timely manner.

Claims may not be made after 4 days of purchase arrival.

Gift Giving and Gift Cards

If you are purchasing a gift, you will have the option to share a gift message at checkout. There will be a place where messages can be added and and option for a card, bookmark, or gift tag.

Gift cards are not available at this time, but will be an option in the future. 

Packaging

Efforts are made to use eco-friendly materials like biodegradable peanuts, paper bubble wrap, and handmade paper when wrapping and packaging your items. Not all of the items fall into this category, but it is something we are working toward over time. 

Commissions

We have a few exciting items and services we will be presenting over the next few months. We are not currently taking on commissions, but some of our future items will allow for personalization and commissions.
