No Returns or Refunds Policy
All Sales Are Final: Because inventory is printed on demand, Present Season does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges if you order the wrong size, color, or change your mind.
Address Errors: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Defective Items Only:: Your satisfaction is important to me. I strictly accept returns and exchanges for defective or damaged products only. Please, email [ presentseason@gmail.com ] within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage, and we will address how to replace or refund your item. Due to the nature of Present Season Floral Boutique products and the care involved in each unique creation, I do not accept returns or exchanges. All Sales are final.
Timeframe: Please, contact me within 7 days of delivery to report a defective item and include photos of the damaged item in the email.
Return Cost: I do not require you to mail damaged merchandise back. Simply send me a photo of the defect and I will issue a replacement or refund at zero cost to you. So, your communication within the week is important.
