Due to the nature of Present Season Floral Boutique products and the care involved in each unique creation, I do not accept returns or exchanges. All Sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, please, do the following within 24 hours of delivery:

  • send me an email

  • include photos of the damaged item in the email

It is important that I make things right as soon as possible, so your 24 hour communication is important.
